Please read these terms carefully before using the 8baji platform. By registering or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 8baji online gaming platform accessible at 8baji.pro. By accessing or using any part of the platform — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. 8baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and 8baji.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Who May Use 8baji
To register and maintain an account on 8baji, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 8baji strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and may request proof of age at any time.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
- You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registrations using false, borrowed, or fabricated details are strictly prohibited.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 8baji or any associated company.
2. Account Registration and Management
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one account on the 8baji platform. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:
- Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be voided.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. You must update your information promptly if any details change.
- 8baji may require KYC verification at any time. This may include a national ID, passport, or driver's licence, plus proof of payment method ownership.
- Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Fee Schedule.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 8baji will never ask you for your full password. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 8baji support immediately. All account sessions and transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
8baji supports deposits and withdrawals via the major mobile banking and payment platforms used by Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the account holder.
8baji applies a strict anti-money-laundering policy. You may only withdraw funds using the same payment method used for your deposit. Where this is not possible, 8baji will use the next available verified payment method on your account. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 8baji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- 8baji reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit that triggers internal compliance thresholds.
- Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
- A completed KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Identity documents must match the name and details on your account registration exactly.
- 8baji may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending verification where unusual account activity is detected. You will be notified promptly and the hold lifted once verification is complete.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
8baji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus for new registrations, periodic reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.
Bonuses credited to your account are for gaming purposes only and are not redeemable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
General Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
- 8baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or misuse is suspected.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in each individual offer. Bonus balances not meeting the requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash value outside of the gaming platform.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 8baji platform are final once confirmed. 8baji does not accept requests to cancel or void a confirmed bet except in circumstances outlined in the specific sport or game rules applicable to that market.
8baji uses certified RNG systems for all electronic casino games. Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi, whose own fair-play certifications apply. 8baji does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sports Betting — Cricket and Football
- Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or any other tournament — bets will be settled in accordance with the specific competition rules published for that market.
- Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. 8baji reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time without notice for reasons including technical issues, data feed interruptions, or suspicious betting patterns.
Casino and Slots Games
- All casino game results are final once the round or game session is complete. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of wagered funds for completed rounds.
- Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and may be reduced for players using bonus funds. Game-specific bet limits are displayed within each game's interface.
- 8baji is not liable for game interruptions caused by the game provider's systems. In such cases, the game provider's own fair-play policies will govern the outcome.
6. Prohibited Conduct
8baji maintains the integrity of its platform and the fairness of all games and markets. Any conduct that undermines this integrity is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Acts That Are Strictly Prohibited
- Opening more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of or in the name of another person.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place bets.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error are void and will be deducted from your account balance.
- Collusion with other players or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game, match, or market.
- Any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
8baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or provided false registration information. Where an account is closed due to a player breach, any remaining balance including bonus funds may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 8baji support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to completed KYC requirements, will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 8baji platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 8baji or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or use any content on the platform for commercial purposes without the express written permission of 8baji. The 8baji brand name and logo are proprietary trademarks and may not be used in any manner likely to cause confusion or that disparages 8baji.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8baji, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether 8baji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8baji makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform or its content. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
10. Responsible Gaming
8baji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Every registered account has access to the following player-protection tools in Account Settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, self-exclusion (temporary or permanent), and reality check notifications. Players who feel that gambling may be negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or mental health are strongly encouraged to use these tools or contact our support team. 8baji takes problem gambling seriously and will not exploit vulnerable players.
11. Amendments to These Terms
8baji reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the platform with the updated effective date.
